By registering for or attending the Elite Ascension Summit (the “Event”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not participate.

1. ACCESS & ATTENDANCE

1.1. Free attendees receive access to the summit sessions and replays for 7 days from the time each session goes live.
1.2. VIP attendees receive an additional 30 days of replay access plus all VIP bonuses listed at checkout.
1.3. Access may be temporarily unavailable during technical updates or due to platform maintenance.
1.4. Stonehenge Rising reserves the right to change session times, speakers, or delivery platforms if required.

2. NO REFUNDS

2.1. The summit is free to attend. Free registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2.2. VIP upgrades follow our company-wide refund terms: a cooling-off period applies only where legally required, after which all sales are final.
2.3. Viewing any VIP session, replay, bonus training, Q&A, or resource immediately voids all refund rights, regardless of region.

3. USE OF VIDEO, AUDIO & RECORDINGS

3.1. All summit sessions, Q&A panels, and VIP rooms may be recorded.
3.2. By attending, you grant Stonehenge Rising permission to use your voice, image, comments, chat messages, and participation for training, marketing, and distribution purposes.
3.3. If you wish to remain off-camera, you may do so by disabling your video/audio.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1. All summit content—including videos, audio, lessons, handouts, activations, transmissions, slides, branding, and digital materials—is protected by copyright law.
4.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, upload, or otherwise use the content except for your personal learning.
4.3. VIP content may not be shared outside the VIP access period.

5. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & DISCLAIMERS

5.1. All teachings are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
5.2. Nothing shared during the summit constitutes legal, financial, medical, therapeutic, psychological, or professional advice.
5.3. Your results will vary based on your own actions, decisions, energy, and implementation.
5.4. Stonehenge Rising and all speakers disclaim any liability for outcomes that may arise from applying the content.
5.5. You are responsible for your physical, emotional, mental, and energetic wellbeing at all times.

6. BEHAVIOR & COMMUNITY EXPECTATIONS

6.1. All attendees must treat hosts, speakers, and other participants with respect.
6.2. Harassment, disruption, hate speech, spam, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.
6.3. You may not solicit, pitch, sell, or promote your own business inside summit chats, groups, or sessions unless explicitly permitted.

7. TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS

7.1. You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and appropriate devices to access the summit.
7.2. Stonehenge Rising is not responsible for individual tech issues that prevent access.

8. ACCESS REVOCATION

Stonehenge Rising reserves the right to revoke access at any time if:

Terms & Conditions are violated

Behavior disrupts the event

There is misuse of intellectual property

Fraudulent activity is suspected

Chargebacks or payment disputes are initiated

No refunds will be granted if access is revoked for misconduct.

9. PAYMENT TERMS (VIP ONLY)

9.1. All payments must be completed as agreed.
9.2. Payment plans (if offered) must be fully paid regardless of attendance.
9.3. Failure to complete payments may result in revoked access.

10. MODIFICATIONS

Stonehenge Rising may update these Terms at any time. All changes take immediate effect upon posting.
