At Stonehenge Rising, we offer transformational education, coaching, digital programs, live events, retreats, and spiritual development experiences to a global audience. Because of the depth, immediacy, and digital nature of our work, the following refund and cancellation terms apply to all purchases.

Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY (APPLIES TO ALL OFFERS)

Unless otherwise stated below for a specific offer type:

All sales are final after the legally required cooling-off period.

We offer no refunds, no cancellations, and no transfers after the cooling-off period ends.

Cooling-off periods only apply where required by local law and begin at the time of purchase.

If no cooling-off period is required in your country or region, all sales are final immediately.

2. FREE PRODUCTS, FREE REGISTRATIONS & FREE EVENTS

This includes but is not limited to:

Free summit registrations

Free digital downloads

Free trials

Free trainings

Free challenges

Free activations

There are no refunds for free products.

If an issue arises, we will simply revoke access to the free materials or platform.

No monetary compensation will ever be provided for a free product or event.

3. ONLINE SUMMITS, WORKSHOPS & LIVE DIGITAL EVENTS

FREE REGISTRATION

Free attendees receive access for the designated time period (e.g., 7-day replay window).

There are no refunds and no compensation for missed sessions.

Access may be revoked for misuse, breach, or violation of terms.

VIP UPGRADE PURCHASES

VIP purchases fall under the following terms:

Cooling-off period applies where required by law.

After the cooling-off period, no refunds will be granted for any reason.

Access to VIP content begins immediately and may void refund rights where applicable.

Viewing any live or replay VIP content immediately voids any cooling-off refund eligibility, regardless of region.

4. DIGITAL COURSES, KITS, PROGRAMS & DOWNLOADS

This includes:

The Spiritual Entrepreneurs Business Kit

Quantum Legacy Framework (when offered as a bonus or standalone)

All Stonehenge Rising digital programs

Any future online academies or trainings

Refund Terms:

Cooling-off period applies only where legally required.

Access is granted instantly upon purchase.

Viewing any module, download, or content voids all refund rights.

After cooling-off window (if applicable), all sales are final.

5. COACHING PROGRAMS & MENTORSHIP CONTAINERS

Includes 1:1 coaching, masterminds, group mentorship, certifications, and signature coaching programs.

Refund Terms:

Strict no refunds after the cooling-off period.

Payment plans must be completed in full, regardless of participation or results.

Canceling participation does not cancel future payments.

Attending any coaching session (live or replay) voids all refund rights.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS & MEMBERSHIPS

When our subscription-based products launch, the following terms apply:

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in advance.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund previous payments.

No prorated or partial refunds are provided.

Access ends at the close of the billing cycle.

7. RETREATS & IN-PERSON EVENTS

Due to the high cost, advance preparation, and limited space for retreats:

Refund Terms:

Cooling-off period applies where legally required.

After the cooling-off period, all retreat sales are final.

No refunds for travel delays, illness, emergencies, change of mind, or inability to attend.

Tickets may not be transferred unless explicitly stated in the retreat’s individual terms.

In rare cases where Stonehenge Rising must cancel or reschedule the retreat, a credit or rescheduled event option will be offered (not a monetary refund).

8. ATTENDING ANY PART OF THE PROGRAM VOIDS REFUND RIGHTS

For all digital and in-person programs:

If you attend, access, download, or view any part of the program, training, summit, or retreat, all refund rights (if any applied) are immediately void.

This includes:

Live sessions

Replays

Bonus content

Activations

Panels

Q&A sessions

Community spaces

Resource downloads

This protects the integrity of our intellectual property and energetic transmissions.

9. NO CHARGEBACKS POLICY

By purchasing from Stonehenge Rising, you agree:

Not to file any chargeback or payment dispute.

To resolve any concerns directly through Stonehenge Rising Support.

That initiating a chargeback constitutes a breach of these terms.

If a chargeback is initiated:

Access will be immediately revoked to all products and events.

We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies and collection actions.

10. DELIVERY OF SERVICES

All digital services and products are delivered electronically.
Live events are delivered via Zoom or designated platforms.
Retreats are delivered in-person at the stated location.

11. CONSUMER RIGHTS

This policy does not override any mandatory consumer rights required by law in your jurisdiction. Where your country mandates a longer cooling-off period, we will honor those requirements.
